The path to reviving our region lies in the hands and minds of our youth. They need support to strive for a better future.

The Young Arab Leaders (YAL) have taken the initiative to lead this effort. It is a network of 500 of the region’s leaders in the different sectors from the business community, politics, academia, media, arts, culture and all other areas of civil society, who are committed to improving the state of the Arab world.

Members of YAL have seen the power of action in their own lives and have reached unprecedented levels of success amongst their peers. They are destined for extra ordinary achievements and believe that their efforts today can impact the future of the region.

They will work on projects ranging from establishing mentorship programs in organizations across the region, to increasing the number of scholarships available for Arab students as well as networking across sectors and countries to improve the capabilities of the region as a whole.

To improve the state of the Arab world by creating the necessary environment for future leaders to grow and develop across all sectors of Arab society.
