Each
member of YAL will commit to providing time and effort
on personally mentoring young promising men and women
entering the member’s professional sector.
Mentee
A young man or woman, preferably has already entered
the workforce, and is identified as potential leader
in his/her sector.
Duration of Mentorship
Minimum of one year but can be extended depending on
the mentor’s wishes.
